Our Notarial Services

We provide comprehensive notarial services for documents intended for overseas use, including:

  • Personal documents – powers of attorney, statutory declarations, affidavits

  • Corporate and commercial documents – company records, contracts, and certificates required by foreign authorities

  • Document authentication and certification – ensuring documents are legally recognised overseas

Every document is prepared with accuracy and care, so clients can be confident their documents are accepted without delay.

How Our Notarial Process Works

  1. Initial Consultation – You discuss your documents and requirements with the notary, usually by phone or Zoom. This lets the notary check what documents you need, what ID to bring, and whether any special steps (like DFAT Apostille or Authentication) are required.

  2. Document Preparation – You gather the originals and any supporting documents. The notary may review them in advance to avoid mistakes or missing information.

  3. In-Person Notarisation – You meet the notary at a rearranged location. They verify your identity, check your originals, witness your signature, and complete the notarial certificate. This ensures the document is legally valid for international use.

  4. Document Collection – After notarisation, you receive your certified or notarised documents. If you need DFAT authentication or an Apostille, our notary can guide you through the submission process.

  5. DFAT Apostille / Authentication (if needed) – Some documents intended for overseas use require additional certification. We can assist with submitting your notarised documents to DFAT for Apostille or authentication (usually 3–5 business days) and, if required, coordinate the consulate steps for legalisation.

In short: consult → prepare → meet → notarise → (optional) DFAT support & Consular legalisation.
